Francesco Minutolo

Founder

Francesco Minutolo is the founder of IGNIS Consulting. Mr Minutolo is a life sciences digital transformation consultant with an engineering academic background, specializing in large-scale planning and execution platforms for QC and laboratory operations. He supports global organizations in translating complex, multi-site initiatives into practical, data-driven solutions through strong program leadership, technology alignment, and effective change management. He graduated from the Politecnico of Milan, Italy in 2013 with a double master’s degree as an Astronautical and Space engineer.

Visiola Pula

Senior Legal Consultant

Visiola Pula is a Senior Legal Consultant focusing on the tech sector. Ms Pula provides strategic legal guidance that supports innovation while managing regulatory, commercial, and operational risk. She advises leadership on technology-focused matters such as cybersecurity, and emerging regulations across multiple jurisdictions. Acting as a trusted advisor, she translates complex legal requirements into practical guidance that enables technology teams to move quickly and confidently. She joined IGNIS Consulting in May 2023 and holds an LLM degree from the University of Hamburg, Germany in EU Law and Affairs.
